Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on most items. 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-2 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Splendour Jewelers provides free expedited shipping on all products via FedEx. All of the shipments that we send are fully insured with a tracking number so you can rest assured your items will arrive on time wherever you have them shipped

Order Status can be tracked at any point in time after shipment. You can also track your order by visiting fedex.com and entering the tracking number that was provided to you via email.

For your convenience and protection, we always:

  1. Requires an adult signature to sign for packages

  2. Requires that all items are delivered to a home address or a physical business.

  3. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses

  4. We insure items for the full purchase price while in transit

  5. We allow items to be sent to an alternative address

Please note that orders are only shipped after they pass a very rigorous and thorough quality control inspection process to ensure that your order has received the attention it deserves.

Every single item is custom, made-to-order to your specifications, so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Shipping FAQ’s

How long will it take to receive my order? 

At the checkout, the consumer has 3 options for delivery. Overnight, 2 day air and free 5 day shipping.  All orders ordered before 2pm, will be shipped the same day as long as we have the item in stock. 

Do you ship to other countries? 

Yes, we ship to other countries as well.  All international duties are handled by the customer in their respective areas.

Can I ship my order to a different address? 

Yes, all orders can be shipped to a different address. Once an order is placed, our shipping department verifies the address and if everything is verified, we ship the package.

What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery? 

We ship strictly through Fedex. Once the package is created, we email the customer a tracking number for all orders.

What type of warranty do you provide? 

All jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, where if any piece needs to get polishing or stone tightening, feel free to ship to us and we will fill your request. Please note the only exception to the warranty are herringbone chains.
